TRANSEIA conference is a continuation of TRANSNOISE conferences that took place in 2012 and 2013. Due to the fact that many problems have arisen in recent years during the preparation, implementation and maintenance of the transportation infrastructure, the scope of the TRANSNOISE conference has been extended and its name has been changed.
Impacts coming from roads and road traffic are closely interrelated and occur often in the form of cumulative impacts. Consequently, the objectives and scope of the TRANSEIA conference cover the most important issues and aspects that arise during the analysis and implementation of environmental impact assessments. The interdisciplinarity of these issues makes it necessary to promote experience exchange between scientists and specialists.
The basic aims of the conference are:
- NEEDS OF RESEARCH AND INNOVATION in design and preparation of environmental studies and the use of eco-infrastructure facilities in civil engineering.
- LINK BETWEEN SCIENCE AND PRACTICE in environmental studies and the use of eco-infrastructure facilities in civil engineering.
- EXPERIENCE EXCHANGE between science and practice regarding changes in legislation and approach to the implementation of environmental studies in civil engineering and the use of eco-infrastructure facilities.
